• "Wallet" means the virtual balance associated with a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or gaming action placed by a Member using real-money Wallet balance on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or bonus amount credited to a Member's Account subject to bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to Member accounts in accordance with applicable compliance standards.

6. Not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform under these Terms or any prior version thereof.

xyz88 targets players residing in Indonesia. The Platform is operated in English and accepts Rupiah (IDR) deposits and withdrawals via Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels. Members using the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Each Member may hold only one (1) Account on the xyz88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Wallet balances or Bonus Funds contained therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or passport);
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number (+62) capable of receiving SMS OTP verification;
• A valid email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are at least 21 years of age;
• A secure, unique password for your Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. xyz88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify xyz88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

xyz88 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the membership, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the xyz88 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). xyz88 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Members must use one of the supported Indonesian payment methods to fund their Wallet.

Supported Deposit & Withdrawal Methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 50.000 for e-wallets and Rp 100.000 for bank transfers. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the Member's Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to processing by the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. xyz88 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, Members should be aware that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of xyz88.

Withdrawal requests are processed by xyz88 within the timeframes set out below, measured from the point at which the request is approved following any applicable KYC verification:

• E-Wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts;
• Bank transfer withdrawals: processed within 1–3 business hours during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB); requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the next available session.

xyz88 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification or a fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) review. In such cases, xyz88 will notify the Member and endeavour to complete the review within 48 hours. Members may be asked to submit a copy of their KTP, a selfie with identification, and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the nominated bank account or e-wallet.

Funds deposited into a Member's Wallet must be used for gaming purposes. xyz88 will not process a withdrawal request where the deposited funds have not been wagered at least once unless a reasonable explanation is provided and approved by the xyz88 compliance team. This measure is in place to prevent the Platform from being used as a financial conduit.

xyz88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including but not limited to new member welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Lebaran (Idul Fitri), and the Chinese New Year (Imlek). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

General Bonus Conditions:

1. One bonus per Member: Each bonus offer is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page and typically ranges from 5× to 25× the bonus amount, depending on the offer type and eligible games.
3. Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on games with a stated contribution of 0% do not count toward bonus rollover.
4. Validity period: Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
5. Minimum odds on sportsbook bonuses: Where a bonus applies to sportsbook wagers, a minimum odds threshold (e.g., 1.50 decimal or higher) will be specified. Wagers placed at odds below the threshold do not count toward the rollover requirement.
6. Abuse and fraud: xyz88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct that xyz88 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

xyz88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Members who have already opted into a promotion and met the qualifying conditions will have their existing bonus position honoured at xyz88's discretion.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring that all bet selections, stake amounts, and game choices are correct before confirming any Wager. xyz88 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been confirmed, except in the limited circumstances described below.

Sportsbook: Wagers on sporting events — including BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, as well as mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, the settlement rules applicable to each market type as published in the Platform help section will apply.

In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Member's Wallet without interest.

The Platform provides a range of voluntary self-management tools accessible from within the Member's Account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, reality check pop-ups, and a self-exclusion feature.

Members who wish to restrict their gaming activity are encouraged to use these tools at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and may be set for a defined period or permanently. A Member who has applied a self-exclusion may not have it reversed during the active exclusion period. Requests to reduce or lift deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21;

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse;

• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party;

All intellectual property on the xyz88 Platform — including but not limited to the xyz88 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, written content, game integrations, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of xyz88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software available on the Platform without the prior written consent of xyz88.

Game content, including game software, graphics, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider and is subject to the licensing arrangements between xyz88 and that provider. Members may not copy, reverse-engineer, or decompile any game software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xyz88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

xyz88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary — arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any loss of Wager stakes or winnings arising from a technical fault, server error, or connectivity issue beyond xyz88's reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any action or omission by a third-party Game Provider, payment processor, or telecommunications provider;
• Any loss arising from gambling activities that exceed the limits set by a Member's self-imposed responsible gaming controls.

In any event, xyz88's maximum aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xyz88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for the purposes of account management, identity and age verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. xyz88 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., sharing data with payment processors or Game Providers for transaction and game delivery purposes).

Voluntary closure: A Member may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the xyz88 support team via live chat or email. Upon confirmation of the closure request and satisfaction of any outstanding KYC requirements, xyz88 will process the return of any real-money Wallet balance to the Member's nominated payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by xyz88: xyz88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• xyz88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to xyz88;
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed by xyz88 due to breach of these Terms, xyz88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Wallet balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct (e.g., operational decisions), the Member's real-money balance will be returned in full.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or related to your use of the xyz88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. xyz88 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Members access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. xyz88 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for access or use from any specific location.

Any dispute arising between a Member and xyz88 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal support and dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. xyz88's decision on all gaming disputes — including but not limited to the settlement of Wagers, bonus disputes, and account decisions — shall be final and binding, provided that it is made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

xyz88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xyz88 will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where required, xyz88 may also notify Members by email or in-platform message.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 13 above.
